Our Expertise
At Structur we bring over 30 years’ experience in private and public relocation projects and millions of square feet of commercial interiors, building renovations, repositions, and base building construction give us broad and deep project delivery knowledge to lead and manage every step of the process from lease negotiations to occupancy. Our firm leads and manages critical information flow from you, our client, to and from the design team, vendors, general contractors, and other team members to ensure responsibility for each project element is clearly placed, understood, and planned to turn over a complete and smooth relocation.
About Greg
Greg is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in all facets and types of construction in both private and public sector projects. During his 30-year tenure, Greg diligently performed his responsibilities in leadership and management roles overseeing millions of square feet of commercial interiors, building renovations/ repositions and building construction. He is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project within his charge. Greg leads and manages the flow of information from the client, design team, vendors, subcontractors and other team members. He sets the project and relocation objectives and takes the lead on all activities - directing the team to meet the objectives.
Greg began his construction journey working summers for a local building contractor. He continued through the ranks for many years and completed his general contractor tenure working as a Project Executive at HITT Contracting where he was responsible for leading large project teams and managing projects from initial programming to final closeout.
Prior to forming Structur, Greg served 10 years as the Director of Project Management for Washington based West Lane and Schlager. He is dedicated and attentive throughout each phase of the project and continuously pursues excellence in order to achieve the organizational goals of his clients.
Greg’s experience has provided him with the ability to take a project from conception to completion while balancing the relationships among the multiple parties involved in the process.

Greg also volunteers as a High School and youth ice hockey coach as well as participates with The Boy Scouts of America.

We work closely with our clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We take a proactive approach in day-to-day operations while we leverage our experience and industry relationships to forecast problems and minimize risk.
Our Process
To ensure a successful project for our client, we recommend engaging Structur while our clients are selecting a property. We participate in site tours, review letters of intent and ensure the lease provides the optimal delivery condition regarding the construction of the space. Through early participation, we establish an overall project strategic plan and engage the vendors, contractors, and consultants to execute that plan. We establish a project timeline and budget, and update these at regular intervals throughout the life of the project. As your representative we track and process all project invoices and vendor payments. We remain fully engaged until all punchlist items are completed and all final invoices processed.
